Full Time - Heart Centered Store Manager

Availability: Monday to Saturday

What you’ll be doing: We’re looking for an outgoing leader to manage our team. The perfect candidate is self aware, emotionally responsible and has a love for crystals and healing.
We’re looking for an individual that is detail oriented, solution driven and a great multi-tasker.
As our Store Manager,  you will bring strong leadership skills to manage our retail shop and our healing center.  You will be excited to help grow the business, create a great customer experience, manage our team and hit sales targets. 

Qualifications: Customer service, Leadership, very strong admin skills, social media

POSITION DUTIES

  • Recruit and hire a passionate team
  • Manage performance of each staff member
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Lead your team by example
  • Educate, train and share product knowledge with the team and customers
  • Promote the brand by wearing our jewelry
  • Strive and exceed daily sales targets
  • Create and implement systems to run a successful store
  • Train staff on policies and procedure, expectations, brand values, and customer experience
  • Oversee The Aura Room Practioners.
  • Book The Aura Room Events
  • Oversee the Social Media and participate in meetings with owner and social media team
  • Oversee the store - inventory counts, jewelry making, repairs, inventory transfers, shipping, back stock organization, incoming inventory, inventory counts, order shop supplies
  • Keep the store organized, clean and energetically clear
  • Create and manage shop schedule, shift changes, staff purchases
