Full Time - Heart Centered Store Manager
Availability: Monday to Saturday
What you’ll be doing: We’re looking for an outgoing leader to manage our team. The perfect candidate is self aware, emotionally responsible and has a love for crystals and healing.
We’re looking for an individual that is detail oriented, solution driven and a great multi-tasker.
As our Store Manager, you will bring strong leadership skills to manage our retail shop and our healing center. You will be excited to help grow the business, create a great customer experience, manage our team and hit sales targets.

POSITION DUTIES
Recruit and hire a passionate team
Manage performance of each staff member
Opening and closing duties
Lead your team by example
Educate, train and share product knowledge with the team and customers
Promote the brand by wearing our jewelry
Strive and exceed daily sales targets
Create and implement systems to run a successful store
Train staff on policies and procedure, expectations, brand values, and customer experience
Oversee The Aura Room Practioners.
Book The Aura Room Events
Oversee the Social Media and participate in meetings with owner and social media team
Oversee the store - inventory counts, jewelry making, repairs, inventory transfers, shipping, back stock organization, incoming inventory, inventory counts, order shop supplies
Keep the store organized, clean and energetically clear
Create and manage shop schedule, shift changes, staff purchases
