Exchange and Resizing Practice 

For exchanges/resizing, and BEFORE SENDING BACK YOUR PACKAGE please email the details of the exchange and resizing specifications to admin@shamansisters.com.

Once we've confirmed that we can complete the exchange/resizing, please send your package to 308 Lakeshore Rd. East Mississauga ON Canada L5G 1H4. Please indicate ‘Canadian Goods Returning’ on your returned package and include a $10 value to avoid any charges at the border.

You are responsible for any shipping fees associated with exchanges or resizing, unless it has been otherwise stipulated by us.

Please note that we are not responsible for paying any duty/customs fees from international returns/exchanges. We do not accept courier packages or packages sent with COD charges. Please use USPS as we have had issues with lost packages through UPS and Fedex.

We are not responsible for lost packages and highly recommend tracking your shipped return or exchange package.

 

Repairs

We strive to make the most durable jewelry with the highest quality materials.  If for some reason your jewelry breaks or needs restringing within 30 days of shipping, we will do it for free.

After 30 days, there is a $15USD fee for resizing bracelets and $40USD fee for Malas.

Contact us at admin@shamansisters.com to set up a repair.
