Join us for our Cacao Ceremony and Ecstatic!

We will drink ceremonial cacao, open sacred space and journey together through ecstatic dance embodying the sacred elements of Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Aether to transform ourselves from the inside out. There will be sound healing with crystal singing bowls and a fire to cleanse, clear and transmute on all levels. 

Ecstatic dance helps you step outside of the mind and allows for the release of dense, stuck energies and emotions. This creates space for you to cultivate creativity, self-actualization, and spiritual growth; you experience a deeper connection to your heart and develop a sense of embodiment.      

Ceremonial cacao contains alkaloids, neurotransmitters, neuromodulators, vitamins, and minerals. When used for ceremony with high quality raw cacao beans, all the mood enhancing neurochemicals in cacao become particularly active. There is increased blood flow and nutrition to the brain, heart and skin, awareness and focus is heightened, and sensations are intensified. There is a sense of deep peace, inner stillness, heart expansion and joy!
