Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days of the date the order was placed.
In the case that you select expedited shipping, your order will still be completed within the 1-5 day window, however the courier will ship it based on the expedited option choosen.
Tracked shipping in Canada will vary based on your address and the weight of the objects being shipped.
Tracked shipping in the US and internationally will vary based on the shipping options available at check-out.
Some international orders may incur additional costs at their boarder, based on that country's import and customs laws. We are not liable for these charges. The cost of shipping paid through us is the cost of shipping we pay to send your package out to you.
Postal Services
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for the length of time that the package takes to arrive to you.
Please note that orders shipped outside of Canada will go through customs which can delay their arrival time.
Any shipment time estimates provided by us through this site or any correspondence with you is an approximation based on best practices.
We are not responsible for lost or missing items that do not have a tracking number.
For items with a tracking number, we will accept claims for lost packages. It is up to the buyers discretion to purchase express tracked package.
Product Returns/Exchanges
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can ship it back to us for return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase/shipping date for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please contact us at letting us know the details of your return or exchange, before shipping back your products.
When returning an item by mail, please send your package to 308 Lakeshore Rd. East Mississauga ON Canada L5G 1H4. Please indicate ‘Canadian Goods Returning’ on your returned package and include a $10 value to avoid any charges at the border.
You are responsible for any shipping fees associated with exchanges or resizing, unless it has been otherwise stipulated by us.
Please note that we are not responsible for paying any duty/customs fees from international returns/exchanges, and we do not accept courier packages or packages sent with COD charges.
Please use USPS as we have had issues with lost and COD packages through UPS and Fedex.
We are not responsible for lost packages and highly recommend tracking your shipped return or exchange package.
To complete your in-store return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our in-shop return and exchange policies are as follows:
NO returns on Crystals or Silver Jewelry. No exchange on Crystals and Silver Jewelry without a valid Gift Receipt. 14-Day exchange on Energy Tools and Shaman Sisters Beaded Jewelry, with receipt and in the same condition and packaging as it/they left the shop.
Reasons for No Refund
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any items returned 30 days after the date of purchase/shipping is a final sale; not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
Booking and Reservation Refunds
To be eligible for a full refund on any booking or reservation made through our platform, we require 48 hours notice.
Cancellation within the 48 hour window will result in a credit on your account, that may be used as follows;
- Service Bookings; as a credit towards the same service or another service offered by the same practitioner
- Ceremony, Workshop and Training Reservations; as a credit towards any future ceremony, workshop or training.
Cancellations within 24 hours of a service booking are non-refundable and will result in the loss of funds exchanged for the service.
